For Japanese customers / orders, please fill in the shipping address & recipient name in the Japanese language when checking out.

Taiwan
For Taiwan customers / orders, please check your email / text message because HEYTOPBBG support team will contact you for ID number and recipient name in the Chinese language (Taiwan customs requirement).

Turkey
For Turkey customers / orders, kindly provide your ID number by adding a note during checkout or check our email after placing your order. (A Tax Identification Number is a ten-digit number assigned to individuals.)

For Indonesia customers / orders, kindly provide your NPWP by adding a note during checkout or checking our email after placing orders. (NPWP is a 15-digit number that ensures individuals and organizations, including expats, pay their taxes according to Indonesian regulations)

Pre-Orders
1. Look for "anticipated restock date" above pre-order item descriptions.
2. To cancel your order before it ships, contact Customer Service at cc@heytopbbgactive.com.
3. Available items in your order might ship first.
US Expedited Shipping
US customers have the option to select expedited shipping through DHL/Fedex, with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.
Additional Shipping Fees for Selected Regions
For shipping addresses in Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, Cyprus, Mexico and other countries, an extra shipping fee will be added.
Customer Responsibility
HEYTOPBBG strives for smooth deliveries, but refunds/resends are not available for refused packages or incorrect addresses (double-check at checkout).
Customs Charges
Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery(US prices include GST). The shipping carrier may withhold or destroy the package if these fees remain unpaid. In such cases,HEYTOPBBG will not provide a refund or resend the package.
